But the full story is more complicated. As an ice cream lover with allergies and a sensitive stomach, my options were limited. I could only dream of good days with cold spoons and a happy belly. And I wasn’t alone: every traditional and alternative brand missed the mark for millions of people. I knew there had to be a way to make worry-free ice cream for everyone, and one day I found my answer: Hemp, one of Mother Nature’s most nutrient rich and regenerative foods. If you’re looking for a delicious, organic, and dairy-free ice cream, I’m happy to say today is your Lucky Day.

We wish it weren’t so, but we’re unique in our dedication to every part of the process - from all-organic ingredient sourcing to our packaging. Most factories aren’t designed to blend whole ingredients from scratch - let alone inclusions like cookie dough. It would be easier to start with the more processed stuff, but Lucky Day is proudly different. We make all of our treats in-house, using only the best ingredients on a dedicated allergen-friendly production line.
